Here are some important steps that I would like to guide you through during the home buying process.

Before the Search

Before your search begins, it is always important to get with the right lender to get pre-quilified. Knowing what you can afford and get a loan for is one of the most important steps of the home buying process. I will find the right lender for you.

Setting Up a Search

Sounds simple, but a lot of sites that are available to the public are not updated often. You may see your dream home on one only to find out that it is already pending or sold. I will personally get you set you up to receive a full list of current available properties along with updates through my personal MLS that will notify you when a property that is in your criteria goes on the market or has a price reduction.

Finding the Right Home and Making an Offer

Once you have looked at the inventory through your customized search, you can compile a list of top housesto view. After viewing the homes, you will narrow them down to a final list. During this process I will help you:

- Compile a list with pros and cons

- Check on school districts and other neighborhood features

- Look up recent home sales nearby to determine the fair market value of the home

- Handle the legal paperwork for making your offer

- Negotiating the sale and coming to a final contract price

Getting your Home to the Closing Table.

Once your offer is accepted and binding, I will help you get to the closing table by:

- Getting all of your information to your lender, title company, and other involved parties

- Setting up your inspections

- Helping you find the right insurance agent

- Updating you with the progress of your loan

- Being with you at the closing to go over everything and answer any questions you may have
